Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in technical sales / industrial automation / control products
- Experience working with OEMs, industrial customers, or manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation/control products
Job Purpose:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales of automation control products, focusing on OEM acquisition, business development, and achieving sales targets across Bangalore and nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new OEM accounts and business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Expand customer base within assigned territory
Technical Sales Support
- Demonstrate products and explain technical features to customers
- Assist in technical approvals and product selection
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution development
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain regular updates on sales activities
- Report progress to Control Product Department Head
- Support forecasting and business planning activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Engineering
Required Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in technical sales / industrial automation / control products
- Experience working with OEMs, industrial customers, or manufacturing sector preferred
