Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues during the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on product quality and performance.
• Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest, or similar.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools is a plus.

Salary: 30% to 60% hike on current CTC
