Key Responsibilities
- Providing pre-sales technical support through presentations and demonstrations
- Analyzing client needs to design solutions
- Assisting the sales team with proposals and business cases
- Building strong client relationships and relaying customer feedback to product development
- Offering post-sales support and troubleshooting while staying informed on market trends and maintaining CRM records
- Promoting products and services online
- Searching, preparing, and submitting tenders or bids on various platforms
- Handling GeM Portal and IndiaMART inquiries and sales
- Managing the company LinkedIn account
- Coordinating with clients via calls, emails, and chat
- Sending emails, quotations, and proposals
- Generating leads, following up, and converting them into sales
- Maintaining records of sales activities and tender submissions
- Attending client meetings online or offline
- Traveling out of town for client meetings and providing technical support during project execution
