We are looking for a high-performing team member for Inside Sales work. The member shall work closely with sales leaders & work as per needs of sales team & customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive & review RFQ/Enquiry. Make ready all details with summary for discussion with sales lead for Evaporative Cooling Towers, Fluid Coolers, Evaporative Condensers, Adiabatic & Dry Coolers across markets served.
- Capable of working on software selections and making techno commercial proposals for Cooling Towers based on project specifications and inline with instructions from seniors.
- Maintain accurate & timely records of enquiries, quotations and orders using MIS systems.
- Coordination ( Internal ) with sales & other teams within order execution and delivery timelines.
- Coordination ( External ) with various production plants & buyer office for order execution and delivery timelines
- Follow-up with customers for the quotes sent and update Sales team on a regular basis.

Requirements
- B-Tech / Diploma
- Successful previous experience of inside sales ( Products )
- Committed to learning & self-development thru continuous education through workshops
- Good ability to communicate in both spoken and written English
- Good exposure to working on MS Word. MS Excel, Powerpoint , Acad.
- Strong commitment to work
