Preparing RFQ and preparing compliance

Maintaining records of all inflow and outflow of inquiries on excel.

Preparing MIS

Making Quotation, dealing with Customers in terms of Technically as well as

in

commercial matter.

A good communicator with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving

and

organizational skills.

Coordinating the team by managing schedules, filing important documents

and

communicating relevant information.

End to end coordination with various production plants for products.

Coordinating & follow up with customers.

Coordinating with the internal departments/ factories to managing

scheduled

delivery, timely production & dispatch as well as coordinating with the clients

for any query or complaint.

Updating Data on management systems.
