Sr.Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical product presentations, providing pre-sales technical support, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role requires close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive sales processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries and challenges effectively.

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, including experience presenting technical solutions to clients
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner
• Experience in problem-solving with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital design technology or related industries is a plus
