Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Mumbai. In this position, you will work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise and explain product features to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, offering technical guidance and solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and troubleshooting customer issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Engineering skills with the ability to deliver technical solutions and demonstrations effectively.
  • Experience in Technical Support and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sales and Customer Service expertise to build strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields is preferred.
