We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Cold-calling customers, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers.
- Negotiating prices and closing deals.
- Using our CRM platform (Salesforce) for updating and tracking leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 23 years of experience in Sales in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
- Freshers with a background in Electronics are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sound technical knowledge of our products and applications.
- Experience in meeting clients, building customer relationships, and achieving targets.
- Must be willing and able to travel to customers within the region.
- Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
- Proficient in speaking, understanding, and communicating effectively in Kannada.
Compensation: 20,00025,000/month for freshers or 35,00045,000/month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales.
