Job Description

  • Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders and timely order confirmations.
  • Review, verify, and manage LC details, including coordinating with banks for clause changes and amendments.
  • Ensure accurate LC establishment and amendments prior to final invoicing.
  • Manage shipping documentation in alignment with factory, logistics, and delivery teams.
  • Maintain MIS reports covering billing vs. payments and daily sales performance.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent, service-oriented engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and market reach.
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to dispatch, while following up on payments and reporting to the Sales Leader.
