Job Description
- Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders and timely order confirmations.
- Review, verify, and manage LC details, including coordinating with banks for clause changes and amendments.
- Ensure accurate LC establishment and amendments prior to final invoicing.
- Manage shipping documentation in alignment with factory, logistics, and delivery teams.
- Maintain MIS reports covering billing vs. payments and daily sales performance.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent, service-oriented engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and market reach.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to dispatch, while following up on payments and reporting to the Sales Leader.
