Role Description

This is a full-time, Hyderabad-based on-site role for a Sales Engineer. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing technical support for the company's products, and effectively communicating product benefits to prospective and existing customers. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Regular collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless customer service is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and proven ability to deliver technical solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service for the identification and fulfillment of client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of liquid sterile technology in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
