Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing technical support to address specific customer needs. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a track record of achieving targets and managing client relationships effectively
• Strong Technical Support knowledge to address customer inquiries and support product implementation
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with prospects and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Relevant industry experience, particularly in die casting or manufacturing, is an advantage
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and align with organizational goals
