Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales operations by delivering technical expertise and solutions to clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to meet targets and support business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering, with the ability to translate technical product knowledge into effective sales strategies
- Technical Support skills, aiding clients with product functionality and resolving technical issues
- Strong Communication skills for clear dialogue with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in understanding industrial products and applications, particularly in industries like energy, machinery, or HVAC
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
