Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to increase the sales of valves and other products within the Building Material Industry. You will be responsible for visiting MEP and plumbing contractors, builders, and developers to make product presentations. This role requires a professional with a BE or B.Tech degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on reaching sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Increase sales of the company's products, reach set targets and goals, and expand the customer base.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Make product presentations to various clients, including MEP contractors, plumbing contractors, consultants, builders, and developers. Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Collect customer feedback and conduct market research. Stay up-to-date with products and competitors.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies, and compile and analyze sales figures. Report on performance to senior managers.

Skills Required

  • A BE or B.Tech degree.
  • Experience in sales within the Building Material Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP and plumbing sectors.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and developers.
  • A results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
