Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Personally visit pharmaceutical formulation and API manufacturing companies in industrial areas of Maharashtra / Gujarat region
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Purchase, Projects, and Engineering departments
- Create awareness and brand recall for V. M. Industries (India) as a trusted supplier of high-quality process equipment
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify upcoming projects, machinery upgrade needs, and CAPEX plans
- Generate inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Drive the complete sales cycle from first contact to order closure
Technical Consultation:
- Conduct technical discussions with project teams and process heads
- Understand process requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Liaise with internal design and production teams to deliver client-specific solutions
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain records and submit weekly visit and inquiry reports to HO
