Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering customized HVAC solutions, and providing technical support during the sales process. The Sales Engineer will actively engage with customers, deliver product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and driving the sales process from lead generation to successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to handle client inquiries and deliver efficient solutions
- Ability to understand technical specifications and propose suitable HVAC solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and project execution will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
