Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, for a Sales Engineer at Pace Packaging Machines Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing technical guidance, and working closely with the sales team to offer tailored solutions using company products. Daily tasks include presenting technical information, coordinating with internal teams, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and supporting technical aspects of advanced machinery.
• Strong skills in Sales and Communication to present products effectively and build relationships with clients.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Customer Service to address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer customized packaging solutions.
• Educational background in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
• Previous experience in machinery or packaging equipment industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
