We're looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Executive who can drive demand, generate quality leads, and convert opportunities into real business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients in SMB, Startup, and IT services sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using LinkedIn, email, databases, and outbound tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and budget
Sales Outreach & Conversion
- Execute cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up campaigns
- Initiate conversations, book discovery calls, and support deal closures
- Collaborate with founders/tech team during sales discussions and proposals
Marketing & Content Creation
- Create marketing content for LinkedIn posts & campaigns, email sequences, company portfolio, pitch decks, and service descriptions
- Help position AltAIEnture's offerings in AI, Automation, Data Analytics, Cloud & Software Development
Growth & Strategy Support
- Suggest new go-to-market ideas, partnerships, and vertical-specific offerings
- Track lead performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
- Ability to understand and sell technology-driven services
Good to Have
- Experience selling IT services, AI/ML, SaaS, Automation, or Software solutions
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailshake, etc.
