We're Hiring: Growth & Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & Sales Enablement)

We're looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Executive who can drive demand, generate quality leads, and convert opportunities into real business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients in SMB, Startup, and IT services sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using LinkedIn, email, databases, and outbound tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and budget

Sales Outreach & Conversion

  • Execute cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up campaigns
  • Initiate conversations, book discovery calls, and support deal closures
  • Collaborate with founders/tech team during sales discussions and proposals

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create marketing content for LinkedIn posts & campaigns, email sequences, company portfolio, pitch decks, and service descriptions
  • Help position AltAIEnture's offerings in AI, Automation, Data Analytics, Cloud & Software Development

Growth & Strategy Support

  • Suggest new go-to-market ideas, partnerships, and vertical-specific offerings
  • Track lead performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to understand and sell technology-driven services

Good to Have

  • Experience selling IT services, AI/ML, SaaS, Automation, or Software solutions
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailshake, etc.
