Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer-Key Account Manager specializing in B2B sales, located in Pune. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing customer engagements. The responsibilities include lead generation, identifying business opportunities, developing tailored sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to meet targets and foster long-term partnerships. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service
  • End to end sales experience must-from lead generation to payment recovery
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills to manage and nurture client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic business environment
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a technical or engineering background- minimum 1 yr
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
