Position :-SALES ENGINEER
Location :-Chennai
Experience :-4 to 6 years in direct selling of industrial products & systems
Salary :-Upto 7-8 LPA
Education :-BE (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automobile Engineering)
Key Responsibilities :-
- To achieve the Sales targets set by the company.
- Identifying and networking with prospective customers (existing/new), generate leads and convert to orders.
- Visit customers of various industries(new/existing), understand their needs/application and provide suitable solution.
- Preparing quotation and submission to customer on-time, negotiations, follow up, clarifying their queries related to technical and commercial and finalizing the orders.
- To coordinate with Head Office respective departments for sales related activities (like design/drawing/on-time dispatch/quality reports/accounts/production)
- To get necessary documents approval from customer which required for executing order and dispatch to customer on-time (Drawing/QAP/Data sheet and other)
- Analyzing marketing trends, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement & fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Meeting with the customers to promote the new products by giving demo/presentation and generate business.
- Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential customers.
- Participating in trade shows/conferences and other marketing events to promote products/systems and increase sales and market market share.
- Attending and resolving customer complaints as and when required in co-ordination with concerned departments in Head Office.
- Collecting customer satisfaction feedback periodically and addressing their issues on time.
Required:-
Proven hands-on work experience as a Sales Engineer
Proven track record selling Industrial Products and Systems.
Ability to cohere with and build long lasting relationship with customer.
Ability to creatively present and explain products & concepts in an easy to customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate should have worked in and around the location (Local candidate are preferred)
