- The candidate will be responsible for handling sales of Industrial Capital equipment products.
- Candidates having knowledge and proven experience in Industrial Capital equipment product sales are best fit for this position.
- He will be responsible for managing direct sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer
service, technical support and driving business growth for the assigned products and territory. - He should be familiar with Industrial Capex products such as Cranes & Hoists, fork lifts, Storage racks, Cleaning equipment and Asembly tools.
- Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
- Salary will be offered at par with the industry standard.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- He should be a team worker, collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed the company's overall sales revenue.
- He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, negotiation & closing of sales for the Product groups assigned to him. Including Customer Service, Order Management, payment collections, solving customer issues etc..
- Meet sales and collection objectives within the designated territory and oversee the profitability of the assigned product group.
- Should be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
- Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
- Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge
- Good command over spoken and written English & Tamil
- Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations and delivering effective solutions.
- Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 2-8 years experience in Industrial capital equipment sales
- Fluent in English &Tamil (preferred)- Read/Write/Speak
- To be based in below locations - Chennai
- Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka)
- Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation.
