Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, developing and executing sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. The role involves collaborating with different teams to meet sales targets, presenting product solutions to clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
To promote the sales of products such as pumps, motors, spares & equipment.
Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
To handle complete sales process: include sales inquiry, quotation, follow up and order processing.
Meeting sales target monthly/yearly.
Arranging Sales visits weekly locally.
Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Attending industry events to generate business leads.
Report to Manager/Management on (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Qualifications
Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
Willingness to travel on short notice.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be from Istanbul, Turkey.
Candidates preferred from maritime industry.
