Key Responsibilities
- Act as the sales team's technical encyclopedia during the sale of goods and services
- Provide clients with sales advice and technical support across industries including biotech, API chemical and pharma, covering manufacturing and utilities
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and review sales performance
- Close sales deals independently and take ownership of conversions
- Engage with corporate stakeholders and end users including production maintenance and project teams, to explain product know-how and understand concerns
- Collaborate with in-house design, production engineering and R&D teams to tailor products and services to customer needs
- Sell and consult on technologically and scientifically advanced products
- Report daily activities and updates to superiors at the headquarters
