Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, developing strong relationships with customers, and presenting appropriate technical and engineering solutions. The role also involves providing technical support, preparing quotations, assisting with installations, and collaborating with the customer service team to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will gather and analyze market feedback to identify new business opportunities and ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to deliver technical solutions tailored to client requirements
• Experience in providing Technical Support to enhance customer confidence and resolve queries
• Strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively, fostering trust and collaboration
• Expertise in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed established targets
• Proficiency in Customer Service, focusing on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical or a related technical field, is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in industrial sales or a similar role would be an advantage
