Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial automation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand technical requirements and business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals.

Technical Support & Consultation

  • Provide expert advice on PLCs, HMIs, Servo motors, and VFD applications.
  • Assist clients in selecting optimal automation solutions considering technical and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer queries and provide post-sale support.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with the product development team for improvements.

Proposal & Project Management

  • Prepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms to secure sales.
  • Oversee project implementation and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
