Experience Required: 5+ years

Skills: Excellent communication skills, 5+ years of experience in software SaaS or IT sales. Experience in Salesforce CRM, B2B sales, Tech sales. Must have handled the global market. Cloud Sales & Tech Experience. Should be from SaaS or technical background. Good knowledge of SQL, API

CTC Range: 8 LPA - 15 LPA

Notice Period: 30 Days

Shift: U.S Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)

Process Details: Online Assessment/ Technical round/ Final round

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing information technology team. He/She will support Mid to Enterprise clients and will evaluate both business and product requirements in order to generate functional specifications and act as a liaison between our customers and the engineering teams. He/she will also own and drive new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge of SQL and data warehousing
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Collaborating with customer and sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers technical requirements and needs.
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
  • 5 years experience in IT software (Knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages)
  • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration
  • Experience with Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / HubSpot (CRM platforms)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
