Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical and business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs to prospects and customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender-related documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- Conduct customer site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility evaluations.
- Support execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation initiatives.
- Participate in contract negotiations, offering technical expertise.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company machinery, technology, and solutions.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and service teams for smooth solution delivery.
- Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions, sales progression, and project milestones.
