Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Bangalore, Kanakpura Road
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in the PEB / steel structure / turnkey construction segment
- Generate leads through site visits, consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial clients
- Present company profile, technical capabilities, and PEB solutions to prospective clients
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project review discussions
- Prepare periodic reports on leads, sales performance, and market activity
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support commercial coordination when required
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 28 years of experience in marketing or sales within PEB, steel structures, construction, or EPC industry
- Strong understanding of PEB systems, structural components, and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively for visits and client meetings
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
- Experience dealing with industrial clients, warehouses, factories, and infrastructure projects
- Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
