This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and proposing technical solutions. The role involves providing technical support, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical solutions
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to foster relationships and drive business growth
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of Cooling Towers or related industrial equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related fields, or comparable experience
• Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
