- Experience: 10to15years inTechnologyConsultingSalesor Corporate Learning & Developmentproductsor HR ConsultingorHRMS technology platform sales.All experience needs to be in India.
- Industry Network: Establishedand provenrelationships with CXOs in technology services companiesandGlobal CapabilityCentres(GCCs)in India.
- Sales Leadership: Ability to carry an individual target while leading a commercial team to achieve team-wide sales objectives.
- Start-up Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment,takingquick and decisive actions.You need to be driven and a self-starter in this role
- Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and inspiring a teamofbusiness development representatives, sales associatesandseniormanagers.
- Market Expertise:Significant experience instrategicsellingof high-valuetechnology ledsolutions/ platformsinIndia at an ExecutiveManagementlevel andgrowing existing accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Strong ability to engage clients in a consultative approach, identifying their business requirements and positioningTrumio'scapability andplatformeffectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communicationand presentation skills
- AIcapability Ability to workefficientlywith AI tools (like Claude Cowork, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc) andtools with embedded AI capability (e.g. Hubspot)
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the fullcommercialcontinuum, from lead prospecting to successful deal closuresto growing existing accounts. This includes:
- Sales Strategy:Contribute tothe continuous improvementofsales strategy aligned with the company's goals, targeting the appropriate market segments.
- Sales Execution:Develop own pipelinewhile also enabling team to develop qualified pipeline.Closesales as percompany targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospectsandleverageexisting networks to drive sales growth.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing commercial team. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them exceed sales targets.
- Target Setting & Forecasting: Set realistic sales targets,analysesales data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Enablement: Work with management to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources for effective selling.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Align sales and marketing strategies for cohesive lead-generationand account growthcampaigns.
- Performance Evaluation: Implement sales performance metrics,analysedata, and refine strategies for sales effectiveness.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in setting up or using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and contribute to improvements in sales and marketing execution.
- Prior experience managing remote teams
