Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Sales Director to lead our growth initiatives. This role is designed for a leader who excels in both EN (Existing Node/Account Mining) and NN (New Node/New Logo) business. You will be responsible for a portfolio of at least $5 Million and must have a proven track record of engaging with US-based customers at the CXO level.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Drive both EN (Account Mining) and NN (New Business Acquisition) strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a business portfolio of at least $5 Million, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
- Solution Selling: Lead the sales cycle for complex Solution Selling and Managed Services, moving beyond traditional staffing or commodity sales.
- Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Executive Presence: Directly engage and negotiate with Client CXOs to build long-term strategic partnerships.
- US Market Engagement: Leverage your US Customer Experience to align our service offerings with North American business standards and expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Up to 15 years of total experience in IT Sales/Service sectors.
- Market Expertise: Extensive experience dealing with US Customers is mandatory.
- Service Knowledge: Strong background in selling Managed Services and end-to-end IT solutions.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to have managed and scaled sales teams successfully.
Preferred Attributes (Premium Salary Eligibility)
- Technology Background: Candidates with a strong technical foundation will be considered for a Premium Salary bracket.
- US Business Travel: Frequent or significant business travel to the US to close deals or manage accounts is highly preferred and carries a higher budget allocation.
