Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Own and drive regional revenue growth across GCC and emerging markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate untapped and under-served markets.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise and mid-market sales pipeline across BFSI, Gaming, Fintech, and O2O sectors.
- Consistently deliver against revenue, customer acquisition, and customer lifetime value (CLV) targets.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams with a strong execution culture.
- Use data, market intelligence, and customer feedback to define long-term business and sales strategies.
- Actively contribute to company-wide strategic discussions with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Drive predictable forecasting, deal governance, and disciplined sales execution.
Ecosystem & Relationship Management
- Leverage strong business networks within mobile gaming, fintech/financial services, and mobile app ecosystems.
- Build trusted executive-level relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Solution Selling & Market Influence
- Lead consultative, value-based selling of cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of software, workflow, and content technology environments.
- Influence customer decisions by articulating ROI, risk mitigation, and business impact.
- Represent Doverunner at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within cybersecurity or SaaS services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term account expansion.
- Strong experience selling into BFSI, Gaming, Fintech, and O2O platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, complex deal cycles, and solution-led selling.
- Established business network across GCC and developing markets.
- Experience using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Strong execution focus with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
