Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead our BFSI solutions business. This individual will be responsible for driving strategy, growth, and execution across our banking, financial services, and insurance clients.

The role requires a strong blend of domain understanding, technology orientation, and business acumen to build and scale solutions tailored to BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. BFSI Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the BFSI vertical P&L, growth strategy, and market positioning
  • Identify key opportunities across banking, NBFCs, insurance, and fintech segments
  • Define GTM strategy for BFSI-focused products and solutions

2. Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Build and manage relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders across BFSI organizations
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
  • Lead large, complex deal cycles and enterprise sales efforts

3. Solutioning & Product Alignment

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to tailor offerings for BFSI clients
  • Translate industry requirements into scalable tech solutions
  • Ensure product-market fit for BFSI use cases (lending, payments, risk, compliance, etc.)

4. Market & Domain Expertise

  • Stay updated on BFSI trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Bring insights on digital transformation, fintech ecosystem, and regulatory shifts
  • Position the company as a thought leader in BFSI tech solutions

5. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing BFSI-focused team across sales, solutioning, and delivery
  • Drive a performance-driven, client-first culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–14 years of experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise technology roles
  • Strong exposure to selling or building tech solutions for BFSI clients
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large accounts
  • Deep understanding of BFSI domains such as lending, payments, insurance, or compliance
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong network within banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or fintech firms
