Job Description

The Director of Research Sales will lead the development and growth of the Research & Insights Partnerships vertical, engaging closely with major research agencies and enterprise brands. The role involves building strategic collaboration models, defining partnership frameworks, and driving senior-level business development initiatives. Responsibilities include acquiring high-value clients, managing Csuite negotiations, establishing scalable research integration models, and representing the organization at industry forums.

Candidates must have previously worked with at least a couple of leading agencies such as Kantar, Nielsen, GfK, Ipsos, Gartner, or similar firms.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of experience in market research, insights leadership, or agency partnership management.
  • A strong network and prior working relationships with multiple major research agencies.
  • Proven success in setting up or scaling research-driven commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-value sales cycles and negotiate complex agreements with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities, with comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating research insights into business narratives.
