We are seeking a strategic, Account Director to lead key relationships within the GCS (Growth Customer Sales) business at JioStar. This role is for someone who brings a strong command of the digital advertising ecosystem, can operate at a consultative level with senior clients, and consistently drives sustainable revenue growth. This role demands a laser sharp focus is on scalable, digital-first advertising solutions across growth-focused advertisers and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Relationship Management : Build and nurture deep relationships with independent/network agencies that manage high-growth SMBs and regional advertisers.
- Revenue Ownership & Client Growth : Own & Drive revenue targets
- New Customer Acquisition: Unlock access to new SMB clients via agency portfolios and accelerate adoption of JIOSTAR among emerging brands
- Position JIOSTAR as strategic growth partner with Agency Partner Program & GTM initiatives
- Market Intelligence - Be the voice of the market—gather competitive insights, share feedback with product and marketing teams, and lead business reviews with agency leadership.
- Lead and nurture a team of Key Agency managers

Preferred Education & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or agency-facing roles
- Track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Experience working closely with agencies and senior brand decision-makers
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms, reporting tools, and campaign optimisation frameworks is a plus
