Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Bengaluru. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales strategies, manage sales operations, and work closely with teams to achieve revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, implementing effective business development initiatives, leading a sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in Business Development and identifying opportunities to expand market presence
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Effective Team Management and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in education technology or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
