Tavant Technologies is seeking an experienced India Sales Head for our India Business Division (IBD) with a proven track record in driving sales growth and business development. The role involves leading the sales team, devising effective strategies to capture market share, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing insights and forecasts to top management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in India.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for executive management.
