Director Sales / Client Partner Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director Sales. Drive the sales
for our data engineering and analytics services. This leadership position is critical to scaling our business and accelerating revenue growth by leveraging our solutions in verticals such as eCommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, New Age Tech companies and
GCCs. Additionally, expertise in Healthcare and BFSI is a plus.
As the Director Sales, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies, and engaging with key stakeholders across the business, including pre-sales, delivery, and other critical functions. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that we meet both short-term sales targets and long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed business growth objectives.
Develop and execute the sales strategy across key sectors, focusing on CPG, Retail, and New Age Tech.
Identify and drive sales opportunities within other verticals such as Healthcare and BFSI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Own the sales target and accountability for the overall sales performance.
Ensure alignment between the sales strategy and the company's overall business objectives.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Engage directly with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and position the company's data engineering and analytics solutions.
Lead high-value negotiations and close large deals, driving revenue generation.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on data-driven transformation initiatives.
Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Enablement:
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery.
Support the creation of compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
Assist in identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies and customer outreach programs.
