Key Responsibilities:

  • Own overall revenue targets across inbound and outbound motions, ensuring consistent over-performance against quarterly and annual quotas
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy spanning inbound, outbound, and hybrid pipeline generation
  • Lead and scale high-performing sales teams including SDRs and AEs, with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Build and optimize inbound sales motion with strong focus on MQL conversion, funnel efficiency, and pipeline velocity
  • Develop outbound sales motion from the ground up to generate new enterprise pipeline and expand market reach
  • Segment and manage leads across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages, and define conversion strategies for each stage
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality, attribution, and conversion rates across channels
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless post-sales experience and customer outcomes
  • Drive enterprise deal strategy, including negotiations with CTOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably cybersecurity or dev tools industry)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Director / AVP / VP-level sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding significant revenue targets in inbound and/or hybrid sales motions
  • Experience building and scaling both inbound and outbound sales engines in global markets
  • Prior experience selling SaaS products in US and/or European markets is strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence C-level executives (CTOs, CISOs, CIOs)
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques including cold outreach and multichannel prospecting
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to build scalable, data-driven GTM processes
  • Excellent CRM discipline and ability to build structured forecasting systems
  • Strong leadership in hiring, training, and scaling SDR and AE teams
