Key Responsibilities of the candidate (What will this person do)
- Owning outbound demand gen
- Researching companies & people to do targeted 1:1 reachouts over multiple channels.
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Qualifying leads by gathering information about the prospect's business, needs, and budget.
- Educating prospects about the company's products and services, and demonstrating how they can address the prospect's pain points.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Tracking and reporting sales activities and outcomes using a CRM system.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects along with sales.
What are we looking for :
- SDR for 1+ yrs at enterprise SaaS doing outbound cold emailing & calling
- Excellent communication skills: The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present solutions.
- Sales experience: The candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Tech-savvy: As the company is in the tech industry, the candidate should be comfortable with technology and have a good understanding of software, hardware, and other tech products.
- Results-driven: The candidate should have a goal-oriented mindset and be driven to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- Customer-oriented: The candidate should have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Team player: The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Tech: ( Bonus )A bachelor's degree in technology or a related field would be an added advantage.
