Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals with up to 1 year or 6 months of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
It is a Night Shift Role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling to connect with potential clients.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage with potential customers daily.
- Launch and manage targeted cold email campaigns to generate leads.
- Update and manage all sales activities and lead information in the CRM system.
- Research and identify decision-makers and key influencers within targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and contribute to meeting team revenue targets.
- Assist in running targeted outbound campaigns across various industries and geographies.
- Learn and adapt to the sales process while consistently meeting daily and monthly quotas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Atleast 1 year or 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from constructive feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
- Ability to think creatively and handle objections during prospecting.
