We're hiring an Enterprise Demand Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth across North America through strategic outbound engagement. This role is designed for a seasoned outbound professional who understands enterprise buying cycles, can spark high-quality conversations with senior stakeholders, and consistently converts cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

You'll operate as a key pipeline owner, working in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This is a quota-bearing, office-based role aligned with North American business hours and built for professionals who thrive in performance-driven SaaS environments.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Enterprise Outreach & Engagement
Execute targeted outbound campaigns across calls, email, LinkedIn, and account-based channels

Personalize messaging based on industry, role, and company context to engage enterprise decision-makers

Open conversations with VP, Director, and C-level stakeholders across North America

Opportunity Discovery & Qualification
Uncover business challenges, priorities, and buying intent through structured discovery

Map key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within complex accounts

Qualify prospects against defined ICP and readiness criteria before sales handoff

Pipeline Ownership
Consistently generate sales-accepted opportunities that convert into revenue

Maintain a healthy activity-to-opportunity conversion ratio

Own individual pipeline targets and contribute directly to overall revenue goals

Market Intelligence & Account Research
Research target accounts, industries, and competitive landscapes to sharpen outreach

Adapt engagement strategies based on regional market dynamics and buyer behavior

Share insights with Sales and Marketing to improve campaigns and messaging

Process Discipline & Collaboration
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems

Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless opportunity transitions

Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to refine targeting, sequencing, and conversion strategies

Timezone & Execution Excellence
Operate effectively across EST and PST business hours

Manage follow-ups, meetings, and internal coordination across time zones with precision

Required Experience
What We're Looking For
3+ years of outbound demand generation or SDR experience focused on North American B2B SaaS markets

Proven ability to engage enterprise buyers through cold calls, email, and social selling

Strong Qualification Skills With Experience Navigating Complex Buying Processes
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Core Strengths
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and results

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and research skills to identify high-intent prospects

Logistics
