Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales roles
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting (calls + email + LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral/global accent
  • Experience targeting international markets (US/Canada preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (Marketing Heads, Founders, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, CRM systems
  • Highly disciplined with activity, follow-ups, and consistency
