Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for outbound communication including cold calling, cold emailing, and initial client interaction. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the senior sales/owners.
Experience:
- 0–2 years in cold calling / lead generation / telecalling
- Freshers with excellent English communication can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily cold calls to potential clients
- Send cold emails and follow-up emails
- Initiate conversations via WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Share company/service information with prospects
- Understand basic client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule calls/meetings for the founders or senior team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Consistently follow up with interested prospects
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication (mandatory – spoken & written)
- Confidence in cold calling and handling conversations
- Basic understanding of IT services (training can be provided)
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using tools like email, LinkedIn, Google Sheets/CRM
