Role Description
Sales Development Representative (2-6 years experience)
We are looking for a passionate Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US Market who will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation leveraging multi-channel, multi-threading approach and adhering CRM hygiene. This role offers you an opportunity to work closely with our Sales leadership team to drive business growth for DAC in the US.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and creating new qualified sales opportunities via outbound prospecting
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly set targets of qualified opportunities
- Account mapping/penetration and sourcing qualified leads that fit the target personas
- Leverage a multi-channel and multi-threading approach to identify key decision-makers and influencers; nurture the prospect relationship and introduce our company's product/services within the target market/accounts.
- Develop new sales-qualified opportunities leveraging channels like calls, personalized communication across email, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and whatsapp.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that align with prospect goals/needs and our product offerings to generate high-value leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate registrations for events, webinars, and other campaigns.
- Nurture leads generated through outbound and marketing campaigns to generate qualified opportunities for the short and long-term
- Manage data for prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and sales development dashboards are up to date.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven Outbound SaaS sales experience(B2B) for at least 2-6 years in in the US
- Bachelors in IT or computer science with MBA preferred (MBA not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, persistent and result-driven individual with strong listening skills.
