Role Summary

We are hiring a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience to generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.

Experience: 2+yr

Location: India(Hyderabad/Remote)

NP: Immediately available

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify B2B leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Research accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Engage CXOs, VPs, and Directors with personalized outreach
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Manage lead and activity data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
  • Consistently meet monthly meeting and pipeline targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Comfortable selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts

Good to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or technology services
  • Exposure to ABM or enterprise sales cycles
