Role Summary
We are hiring a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience to generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Engage CXOs, VPs, and Directors with personalized outreach
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Manage lead and activity data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
- Consistently meet monthly meeting and pipeline targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
- Comfortable selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
