Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, India. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting lead generation efforts. The role will also involve prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business development objectives. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and research moving companies

- Send personalized outbound emails

- Respond to replies within 15 minutes

- Book qualified discovery calls

- Maintain CRM hygiene

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and qualifying new opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with potential clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development strategies to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing practices is a plus
