We are now looking for a high-energy
Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete inbound lead qualification process across global markets.
- Respond to and engage with prospects generated through marketing funnels, website inquiries, content downloads, and product interest campaigns.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and fit.
- Qualify and route high-intent leads to the Account Executive team for deeper product demos.
- Nurture warm prospects through email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups to drive conversion to scheduled meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and funnel performance.

- Experience in inbound lead qualification or handling high-intent sales conversations.
- Strong understanding of ICP analysis and qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or CHAMP.
- Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and quickly identify prospect needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret lead behavior.
- Creative approach to follow-ups and nurturing sequences.
- Strong awareness of current SaaS and recruitment tech trends.
What You Will Achieve In 90 Days
- Develop a solid understanding of our product, ICP, and inbound lead flows.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and run structured qualification conversations.
- Begin converting warm leads into qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives.
- Meet initial activity benchmarks for discovery calls, email follow-ups, and lead engagements.
What You Will Achieve In 180 Days
- Build a predictable and high-quality inbound pipeline that contributes directly to qualified demos every month.
- Gain deep expertise in the recruitment agency ecosystem across key markets.
- Become highly proficient at discovery and qualification frameworks.
- Establish strong rapport with prospects, acting as a trusted first point of contact.
- Partner with AEs and Marketing to refine inbound processes, improve conversion rates, and optimize handoff efficiency.
