Senior Sales Development Representative | Netcore Unbxd | Remote

North America (Remote) | Sales Team | Full-time

The Impact you will create in the Job:

● Conduct outbound prospecting by proactively reaching out to potential customers to build relationships and generate new business meetings, ultimately driving sales.

● Connect with C-level and senior leadership in identified organizations through remote selling methods- cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

● Identify unique pain points, align them with relevant use-cases, and articulate high-level solutions to generate curiosity and interestin NetcoreUnbxd's product offerings.

● Help build the top of the funnel working closely with the sales team (Account Executives).

● Achieve monthly/quarterly goals and quotas assigned.

● Provide clear reporting to the management on activities and pipeline.

What do we look for

● Transformational talent that exhibits attributes of team spirit, efficiency, passion, and self-

direction.

● Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics.

● 3-5 years of experience in software business development.

● Minimum of 1.5 years of prior outbound business development experiencein a B2B SaaS company targeting North America.

● Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

● Demonstrates strong sales acumen and a keen understanding of effective selling strategies.

● Prior experience working in a start-up would be a bonus.

● Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

● Knowledge of communication channels and the marketing automation/ESP space is a bonus.
