Sales Development Representative

Role Description

Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead management. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and developing relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Experience of working in the field/ project management/ operations profile in market research industry or
• 2-3 years of B2B recruiting experience

• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to analyze customer needs and effectively present solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the language services industry is a plus

Salary range:

4 to 6 Lacs per annum, depending on the candidature
