Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment services.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers such as CXOs, founders, and HR leaders.
- Effectively present service offerings, building trust and credibility with prospects.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with successful service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or consulting domains.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with fluency inEnglish and Malayalam.
- Energetic, self-driven attitude with a strong desire to close deals and achieve targets.
- Ability to understand client challenges and confidently propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
